Trust COVID Catch-up Funding

Over the past year, our schools have worked tirelessly to limit the impact of COVID19 related disruption on our pupils. We are looking ahead to ensure that our schools are able to provide sustained support, restoring learning that might have been lost since the onset of the pandemic, along with addressing future school improvement priorities.

Recommended in the EEF’s Guide to the Pupil Premium, the tiered model is designed to help schools focus on a small number of strategies with the greatest potential to make a meaningful difference for their pupils.  Implementing change in schools is challenging. One of the characteristics that distinguishes effective is how we put those new approaches into practice.

Busy teachers and school leaders know that changes made in our settings will be meaningful and sustainable, giving us the best possible chance of long-term success.

Please see our below statement on how our schools are spending the COVID Catch Up & School Led Tutoring Funding, this statement includes the impact of the this funding up to December 2021.
